Healthcare Draperies
Healthcare draperies are made with flame resistant fabrics to be fire retardant. You can choose from a polyester backing or blackout lining. At CDI we are familiar with your healthcare window needs. We can manufacture accordia fold, ripplefold, pinch pleat, and safety drapes with Velcro. Since we manufacture all our products here at our facility you can coordinate your draperies to match your top treatments. Bedspreads and cubicle curtains can also be made to match your entire room décor.
We offer many fabric selections and partner with many fabric vendors. If you do not see the fabric you are looking for, and know your pattern, color and fabric vendor, just fill in the appropriate names and we can find it. STYLE
French Pleat (3 Finger Pinch Pleat) - Standard fullness: 200% unless otherwise specified.
OPTIONAL: Accordiafold or Ripplefold. Straight needled with nylon snap tape. Fullness determined by spacing between nap tape. Please specify 200%, 180%, or 160%. We also offer draperies with snaps instead of hooks.
LINING
Standard: Face fabric is double turned at top. Note: Face fabric is exposed at back top of drapery of 4”.
CUSTOM: Lining should be extended to the top of the drapery before folding over the buckram.
AVAILABLE LININGS
2-PASS BLACKOUT: Flame retardant 2-pass blackout lining with foam on one side and 70% polyester/30% cotton on the other side. White or Ecru on the foam side and gray on the poly/cotton side.
3-PASS BLACKOUT: Flame retardant 3-pass blackout lining with both foam and 70/30 poly/cotton sides. White or Ecru on the foam side and White on the poly/cotton side. Colors on the face are available—contact our sales department for more information.
HEADING: 4” Buckram, permanent finish, washable. Optional: 5” Buckram on draperies over 108”. (Available upon request by quote.)
SEAMS: Face: Over locked using 5 thread safety stitch. All selvages are to be removed and patterns matched on 54” goods. Not less than 1/2 with used per panel unless specified.
LINING: Over locked using a 5-thread safety stitch
